The First Floor features 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, with an open Great Room/Kitchen, all of which open to a nearly 700sqft. coral tiled, Rear Porch, with stunning views of the Caribbean Sea. Travertine stone tile floors throughout the interior of the home, as well as gorgeous, cypress beam, vaulted ceilings, stainless steel appliances, full size washer/dryer, split zone AC units and ceiling fans in the Great Room and each bedroom. Cable TV in the Great Room and all bedrooms. Master Bedroom features a king size bed and private bathroom, the Guest Room has 2 twin beds, and a full bath that adjoins the Great Room, if needed, the sectional sofa in the Great Room pulls out into a queen size bed.

The large Rear Porch has a 300sqft covered area, with vaulted cypress beam ceilings and ceiling fans, dining table with seating for 6, gas grill, four lounge chairs, and a 12' x 20' POOL, all overlooking beautiful Morningstar Beach, and the clear blue waters of the Caribbean Sea.

The Lower Level, has 1 Bedroom with a king size bed, Full Bath, and a Great Room, with a pullout queen size sleeper sofa. There is no interior access between the first floor and lower level, exterior stairs on both sides of the home, lead to the Lower Level. A small Rear Porch, opens to both the Bedroom and Great Room, which offers the same beautiful views of the Caribbean, as the First Floor.

Island Time

All beaches in St. Thomas are public, and open to everyone. The Marriott Frenchman's Reef Resort is directly across the street, only a 3-4 minute walk to the lobby. The resort has several restaurants, and bars, Morningstar Beach, shopping, watersports-kayaks, paddleboards, jet-skis, day sails, sunset cruise, etc., as well as a water taxi to downtown Charlotte Amalie, all available for your use and enjoyment.
St. Thomas is the most visited cruise ship port in the Caribbean, sitting on the rear porch of the guest house, you’ll be able to watch all the ships arrive each morning, and depart around sunset.
